My cooking style is all about utilizing fresh whole foods, herbs and spices to create delicious and nutrient dense meals that are a breeze to prepare.

I believe that anybody can cook, and make a point to keep my techniques and tools accessible to everyone, even the most overwhelmed or novice foodie.

I specialize in Allergen Free cooking for the whole family.

How It Works:

During our workshop, you will learn the tools and tricks needed to prepare healthy meals with minimal fuss. You’ll have the opportunity to ask me questions and learn from my 12+ years experience cooking and eating a paleo/AIP diet.

I’m also here to offer encouragement and inspiration if you’ve lost your passion or your motivation to eat well. Let’s figure out your barriers and help get you back on track.

After our session, you will feel equipped and confident to make your own healthy meals at home with ease.

Workshop Options:

  • One-on-one, via Skype
    Don’t live nearby? No problemo! We’ll get together via Skype, where I can show you a tour of my own kitchen, while sharing with you the tools and tricks you’ll need to make healthy eating attainable in yours.
  • One-on-one, in person
    Do you live in the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast area? I can travel to your home and work with what you already have in your own kitchen to help you become a real-food cooking whizz and learn my secrets.
  • Group setting, max 6 people
    Group classes make for a fun and interactive evening, perhaps a Girls Night In, or a chance to show your spouse that healthy eating can be fun and delicious.
