By engaging the services of SoleFire, through the submission of your application and initial payment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
You have selected a monthly payment plan.
An invoice will be sent to your provided email address after your application has been accepted and on the 1st of each month thereafter.
After you make your initial payment, you can opt for a monthly auto-debit for the remaining installments, or you may continue to pay manually.
Invoice payment is due within 7 days of issue.
Any late, overdue or unpaid invoice amounts may affect our ability to continue delivering the services and attract extra account keeping fees.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Your purchase of the Illuminate Mentorship package indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow it through to its conclusion. However, we understand that unexpected events can happen, so cancellations of the program will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of SoleFire.
If unexpected circumstances prevent you from completing all of your scheduled sessions, any refunds for unused portions of services may not be available.
Once we have scheduled our sessions in the calendar, they are considered set appointments. However, if you need to request a reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
Please arrive on-time and prepared for your sessions. If possible, conduct your calls from a quiet place where you will receive little to no interruptions. Please make sure to silence any email and phone notifications, close-down open browser tabs, and give your full participation to get the most out of the experience.
SoleFire is based in Brisbane, Australia (Timezone: AEST) and will be available to respond to emails within 48 hours
(Monday to Friday 9:30am – 4:30pm).
For any admin related matters, email should be chosen as the preferred method of communication (social media messaging is not considered official communication with SoleFire).
Shortly before your Commencement Call you will receive details to get started with the voice-note app.
SoleFire is available via voice-note every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday throughout your 3-month mentorship.
This provides the opportunity for multiple contact points across the week.
SoleFire cannot guarantee any specific results from mentoring. Outcomes are based on subjective factors and cannot be controlled by SoleFire.
Likewise, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own business decisions and actions, and indemnify SoleFire for any consequences of implementing and acting on any feedback, suggestions, or referrals offered during the course of the services.
