SOLEFIRE ILLUMINATE MENTORSHIP AGREEMENT

This ‘Agreement’ sets out the terms and conditions (‘Terms’) that govern the relationship between SoleFire (‘SF’, ABN 23114047609), and the client (‘You’, ‘Client’), (collectively; ‘We’, ‘Us’) during any agreed period of engagement with SF’s business support services (‘The Services’).

ILLUMINATE MENTORSHIP:

By engaging The Services of SoleFire through the submission of an Illuminate Mentorship application, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

SoleFire Illuminate Mentorship (‘Mentorship’ ‘The Services’) pertains to a 3-month period, commencing when your application has been accepted by SF, and you sign this Agreement.

Mentorship entitles you to certain benefits, which include 1x Initial Strategy Session + Action Plan, 6x fortnightly Support Calls, and weekly Voice-Note Check-In's.

Your purchase of Mentorship indicates your commitment to the obligations and participation expectations outlined below, for the entire Mentorship period.

PAYMENT:

The Client will pay compensation to SF for The Services at the rate of AUD $850 per month (the 'Payment').

Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis.

Any invoice payment will be due within 7 days of issue.

Any late, overdue, or unpaid invoice amounts may affect the SF’s ability to continue delivering The Services to the Client, and may attract additional account keeping fees (of $15 per 7 days delay).

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Your purchase of the Illuminate Mentorship package indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow it through to its conclusion. However, we understand that unexpected events can happen, so cancellations of the Mentorship will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of SF.

If unexpected circumstances prevent you from completing all of your scheduled sessions, any refunds for unused portions of services may not be available.

RESCHEDULES:

Once we have scheduled our sessions in the calendar, they are considered set appointments. However, if you need to request a reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.

SESSIONS:

Please arrive on-time and prepared for your sessions.

It is expected that you can join sessions from a location that is reasonably quiet and free from interruptions (this may include, closing other browser tabs and applications and silencing phones and email notifications) and provide your full focus and participation to ensure the maximum benefit from the Mentorship.

COMMUNICATION:

SF is based in Brisbane, Australia (Timezone: AEST) and will be available to respond to emails within 48 hours (Monday to Friday 9:30am – 4:30pm).

SF is available via voice-note Monday, Wednesday, and Friday throughout your Mentorship.

This provides the opportunity for multiple contact points across the week.

For any admin related matters, email should be chosen as the preferred method of communication (social media messaging is not considered official communication with SF).

Shortly before your Initial Strategy Session you will receive details to get started with the voice-note app.

PRIVACY POLICY:

By applying to be a Squad Member, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://solefire.au/terms), and consent to SF using your information to send you notifications and other information related to your Mentorship and SF.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

It is important that you feel comfortable and supported to share information about your business in order to make the most of The Mentorship.

‘Confidential Information’ refers to any data or information relating to personal details, business procedures and systems, intellectual property, etc. which could reasonably be considered to be private or proprietary and not generally known.

SF agrees not to disclose or share any Confidential Information, except as authorised by the Client.

Likewise, you, the Client, acknowledge and agree that all SF materials, including but not limited to any content, processes, procedures, strategies, contracts or any other information or documentation provided during the course of The Services is the exclusive Intellectual Property and confidential information of SF.

You further agree that you will not disclose any of the above Confidential Information except with the express written permission of SF.

The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the Term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this Agreement.

DISCLAIMER:

Results and outcomes stemming from engagement with The Services are subject to numerous factors that cannot be controlled by SF. SF therefore cannot guarantee any specific results from The Services.

Likewise, you acknowledge that you remain exclusively responsible for your own business decisions and actions, and indemnify SF from the consequences of implementing and acting on any feedback, suggestions, or referrals offered during the course of The Services.
